PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENGETAHUAN MANAJER TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM

The implementation of accounting information system successfulness is
influenced by individual factor and system factors (hardware, software, network,
procedure, task, and others). Individual factor is related to the people who use
accounting information system to themselves which contain of humanity aspects
such as desire, will, motivation, like and dislike, satisfy and dissatisfy. In reality
these aspects influence the people’s behavior in using accounting information
system because of the system, diligence, and even patience in conducting clerical
process from the beginning of transaction to the financial statement. The purpose
of this research is to examine the influence of organization commitment and the
manager’s knowledge to the successfulness of the implementationof accounting
information system at Haji General Hospital of Surabaya.
The subjects of this research are the employees of Haji General Hospital of
Surabaya. Samples collection is done by using simple random sampling method,
that the sample determination process is relatively more simple. The analysis
technique is using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the result of calculation it is obtained that the R2 determination
coeffecient value (R Square) is 0.953 which shows that organization commitment
and the manager’s knowledge can explain the Implementation of Accounting
Information System is approximately 95.3% while the remaining 4.7% is
explained by other variable outside the research. The organization commitment
and the manager’s knowledge simultaneously and partially has an influence to the
successfulness of the implementation of accounting information system at Haji
General Hospital of Surabaya.
