mengenai kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan.
Sedangkan
variabel independen lainnya yakni Return On Equity (ROE), Pertumbuhan
Penjualan (?St), dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) tidak berpengaruh poitif
terhadap Harga Saham. Hal ini berarti bahwa perusahaan tidak menunjukkan
kemampuan menghasilkan laba dengan memanfaatkan total ekuitas. Perusahaan
sahamnya.

ABSTRACT
Investment decision is an important issue and it is mostly encountered by
investors. In conducting investment, investors should know beforehand how the
performance of the company and the relevant information related to the financial
condition of the company. To invest in the capital market, investors require
accurate information to find out how firm the correlation of the variables which
become the cause of the fluctuation of the stock price of the company that will be
bought by them.
The samples are 18 manufacturing companies which are included basic
industry and chemical sectors and the various industry sectors which are listed in
the Investment Gallery of Indonesia Stock Exchange which have been selected by
using purposive sampling. The data which has been collected is annual audit
financial statement which is started from 2011 to 2013. The statistic method
which is used to determine variables which can influence the stock price is the
multiple linear regressions analysis technique. In normality assumption test there
is problem which has made the changes of stock price variable data to become a
log or LN. And in multicolinearity assumption test there is one variable i.e. Net
Profit Margin variable (NPM) which undergoes the multicolinearity symptoms so
this variable should be eliminated.
The result of the research shows that the research model is fit and
suitable. There is only one independent variable which has positive influence to
the stock price. The variable which has positive influence to the stock price is Net
Profit Margin (NPM). It means that the capability of the company in generating
profit has been done by using the result of sales. Meanwhile, the other
independent variables which are Return on Equity (ROE), Sales Growth (?St),
and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have negative influence to the stock price. It
means that the company does not show its ability in generating profit which has
been done by total equity. The company does not use the last year and the current
year sales evaluation. The company does not use the dividend policy in influence
the stock price.
