PENGARUH MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSDAHAAN YANG TERMASUK DALAM LQ-A5 DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

INTISARI
Mekanisme good corporate governance merupakan suatu langkah untuk
meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh bukti
mengenai pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance (kepemilikan
manajemen, kepemilikan instisional, komisaris independen, dan kualitas audit)
terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia selama tahun 2010-2013. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling,
diperoleh 18 perusahaan sebagai sampel, sehingga selama 4 tahun pengamatan
terdapat 72 laporan tahunan dianalisis. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisis yang
digunakan berupa uji statistik F yang menunjukkan apakah semua variabel
independen yang dimasukkan dalam model mempunyai pengaruh secara bersamasama

terhadap variabel dependen dan uji statistik t yang menunjukkan seberapa
jauh pengaruh satu variabel independen secara individual dalam menerangkan
variasi variabel dependen dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara goodness of fit (uji kelayakan
model) struktur kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris
independen dan kualitas audit berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui
PBV. Sementara secara parsial kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai
perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan,
komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Akan tetapi,
kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The mechanism of good corporate governance is a step in order to increase
the firm value. The research is conducted in order to obtain evidence about the
influence of the mechanism of good corporate governance (management
ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, and audit quality)
to the firm value.
The samples are LQ 45 companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock
Exchange during the years of 2010-2013. Based on the purposive sampling
method, 18 companies have been selected as samples. Therefore, there are 72
annual reports to be analyzed during 4 years observation. The data analysis
instrument is the multiple linear regressions analysis. The analysis technique is the
F statistic test which describes whether all independent variables which are
included in the model have simultaneous influence to the dependent variable and
the t statistic test which describes how far the influence of one independent
variable individually in explaining the variation of dependent variable with the
trust level is 5%.
The result of the research describes that goodness of fit (model feasibility
test) of managerial ownership structures, institutional ownership, independent
commissioner, and audit quality have influence to the firm value by using PBV.
Meanwhile, partially the managerial ownership has influence to the firm value,
institutional ownership has influence to the firm value, and independent
commissioner has influence to the firm value. Nevertheless, the audit quality does
not have any influence to the firm value.
