RENCANA KERJA ANGGARAN DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM BINA MARGA DAN PEMATUSAN PEMERINTAH KOTA SURABAYA

The purpose of this research is to find out the process of budgeting and
procurement project at Department of Public Works and Drainage of Surabaya
city. The scope of this research is to find out how effective and efficiency the
Department of Public Works and Drainage of Surabaya city in using the budget
and to find out the constraints which are encountered from the auctions and the
procurement process that is held by Department of Public Works and Drainage of
Surabaya city which has been carried out by the Procurement Service Unit.
Qualitative descriptive analysis that has been carried out by performing interview
and documentation is used as the data collection technique. Based on the result of
the research and the procurement auctions process which has been conducted by
the Procurement Service Unit has already right and has met the e-procurement
concept. Moreover, the Department of Public Works and Drainage of Surabaya
city, the remaining of budget in the list of budget changes (DPA) should be
optimize particularly the maintenance of infrastructures.
