IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI DENGANMENGGUNAKAN BALANCED SCORE CARD UNTUK MENGUKUR KINERJA MANAJERIAL PADA PT.TIGA MITRA BANGSA
his research is meant to measure the performance of company managerial when it is
measured by using balanced scorecard during the 2010 – 2012 periods in which this method can help
the company to implement the strategy which supports the company in long-term objective. The object
of the research is the service company which engages in the field of training management. The result
of the research indicates that PT Tiga Mitra Bangsa Surabaya has been applying the performance
measurement method which is based on balanced scorecard which is formulated in the Strategic
Implementation concept, in which the return on investment, profit margin on sales, and sales growth
rate are applied as an indicator of financial perspective which indicates good financial performance.
In the customer perspective the indicators are the number of new customer and the number of
complain is quite well. In the perspective of internal business the indicators are the innovations which
are made by the company are quite good. Efforts which have been made by the company in improving
the quality of training management materials are obviously seen. While, in the perspective of learning
and growth the indicator indicates that the company is capable to maintain and improve their
employees’ quality by increasing the training sessions. In general, the performance achievement of PT
Tiga Mitra Bangsa Surabaya is already good in which all indicators in the four perspectives of the
Balanced Scorecard indicate the concept which has already been formulated can run and can be
measured then it is defined by using an action plan (initiative) strategy to manifest its strategic target.
