PENERAPAN AUDIT MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENILAI EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI PADA BAGIAN PRODUKSI CV.REKAYASA MAS SIDOARJO

This main aims of this study is to test whether the management auditing on the human resources at CV.
REKAYASA MAS, which consists of employee performance in production departement affect the effectiveness
and efficiency of the production company. The results of this study show that: (1) sampling test should be
applied so each person can assess ones’ performance; (2) a clear pattern should be used in order to minimize the
wrong cutting so the goods quality and quantity can meet the customers’ demand; (3) perform socialization of
safety standard utilization, so work accident during the production process can be avoided; (4) training should
be carried out continuously and constantly in order to improve the performance standard so it is not only on the
machine’s SOP; (5) daily transaction record keeping on documents management should be carried out in order
to prevent deviation in performing production task.
