PENERAPAN AUDIT MANAJEMEN PADA FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENILAI KINERJA PADA BANK MASPION INDONESIA SURABAYA JAWA TIMUR
This research is meant to evaluate the function or the role of human resources and to find any
problem which can hold the function performance of the human resources then a recommendation is
given to improve the human resources department employees’ performance in order to achieve the
company objectives. The qualitative analysis method is applied as the problem solving method in
writing this research. The research is directly conducted by the researcher who performs data
collection technique by carrying out observation, interview, and documentation in appropriate with
the researcher’s requirements as the platform of the role of human resources management auditing in
order to assess the performance of the human resources department. Based on the result of auditing,
the performance of the human resources management is categorized well but there are some problems
which are: There is no reward policy for employees’. The new employees’ orientation activity which
has not in appropriate with the procedures and the systems. The duration of the new employee’s
training execution cannot be carried out at the time of the new employees have just joined up . It is
recommended that the reward system for top achiever employees is required to be performed so every
employee can be motivated and encouraged to improve their performance for the company. The
management, in accordance with the new employee’s orientation activity, should give more attention
to the prevailing procedure so the new employees will not be confused to something which has become
their tasks and responsibilities as well as to make them easy to adapt with the environment of Bank
that the class of new employees’ training activities should be directly given to the new employees since
they join up.
