PENGENDALIAN INTERN ATAS SISTEM PENGGAJIAN PADA CV.CIKARA

The purpose of this research is to find out the internal control system on the payroll procedure at CV.
Cikara which is engaged in the hospital facilities machine in handling of solid waste both at the
industrial and hospital. This research is using qualitative method and case study approach. The
research result shows that there is no special supervision in supervising the employee’s attendance
process at the check lock machine, so there is the cooperation between employees and supervisors to
manipulate the attendance and employees overtime data so it can be loss for the company.In order to
increase payroll internal control system to be more effective it is suggested that there is an
independent team to supervise to the employees who are on the field duty, the replacement of check
lock with more advance machine like finger print, scan ID card, or even timekeeper machine by face
scan , and to make a written report which report periodically for the analysis and evaluation materials
as the suggestion for the management planning, internal controlling and decision making in payroll.
