PENERAPAN ANALISIS FUNDAMENTAL DALAM MENILAI INVESTASI SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The purpose of this research is to appraise investment on stocks which are categorized in LQ-45. The research
problem limitation is only at LQ-45 companies which are consistent over three year periods which are listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis method is using fundamental analysis. Sample determination is done by
using purposive sampling method with criteria the companies which are consistent in LQ-45 in 2009-2011
periods, therefore 29 companies are taken as samples. Based on the calculation of fundamental analysis it shows
that 19 stocks are in overvalued condition and 10 stocks are in undervalued condition. The right decision is to
sell overvalued stocks or to buy undervalued stocks since the market price is cheaper than the stock price.
