JIRA PENERAPAN PRINSIP PRINSIP GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KEBERSIHAN DAN PERTAMANAN KOTA SURABAYA
Basically an organization is established in order to achieve objectives which have been mutually agreed efficient
and effectively. The achievement of working effectiveness is not only determined by the total amount of the
employees but it can also be related to other factor for example good governance. Good governance is a
government providence processes which are clean, transparent, accountable by government organizations such
as government public organization. There are principles in the good governance such as accountability
transparency, responsiveness, participation and justice principles. This research is meant to find out the role of
good governance implementation principles at the department of landscaping and sanitation city of Surabaya,
how the employees performance effectiveness are, and what kind of problems in implementing good governance
at the department of landscaping and sanitation city of Surabaya. Qualitative approach is applied in this
research. The result of the research indicates that the implementation of good governance principles has strong
influence with the civil servants performance effectiveness level is in the interval category among 62 – 63 which
indicate to high category. It proves and indicates that there is a strong influence when good governance
principles are implemented correctly there will be an improvement on the effectiveness of civil servants
performance.
