PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MENEJERIAL PADA PT. AUSTRAL BINA - DPH KALIMANTAN TENGAH

This research is meant to find out the influence of budgeting and working motivation to the managerial performance participation partially as well as which variables have the most dominant influence to the managerial performance. The hypothesis test is performed by using multiple linear regressions in the beginning but at the classic assumption test there is one of variables which its regulation requirement is not fulfilled which is the presence of autocorrelation and heteroscedaticity so it is altered to simple multiple linear regressions.The result indicates that based on the result of hypothesis test there is a significant influence on the dependent variable (working motivation) to the independent variable (managerial performance) are proved with significant value as much as 0.006 is smaller than significant level at 5% so it is stated that motivation has influence to the managerial performance at PT. Austral Byna –DPH central Borneo can be supported.
