EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM PENGOLAHAN DATA ELEKTRONIK ATAS FUNGSI PENJUALAN PADA PT. GARAM (PERSERO) SURABAYA

This main aims of this study is to the evaluate to the implementation of electronic data processing systems / EDP (Electronic Data Processing) in the sales process at PT. Garam (Persero) so as to support the achievement of accurate and timely, to provide feedback on the improvement of the existing system of PT. Garam (Persero) through the evaluation of the associated function. There are 3 system performance criteria which consist of: resources, operation and service. Based on the result of this research indicates that the electronic data processing system on the sales function at PT Garam (Persero) has already been running well. This is due to the company which has already implemented the electronic data processing system. The availability of electronic data processing system in the form of hardware, software, and human are quite sufficient which is supported by the network or LAN system and has already run the stages of data processing in the form of the acquisition, data processing, data maintenance and reporting properly and correctly. But, there is company weakness in inputting the sales data which is performed per month and the using of password which is not change regularly.
