ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH GO PUBLIC

This research is meant to test and to give evidence about the difference of financial performance before and after the manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) go public. Based on the t-test it can be concluded that the company financial performance 1 year before and 1 year after the company go public on the CR, DAR, DER, NPM and ROE ratios indicate that there are no significant difference on the ROA ratio and the TATO indicates that there is a significant difference. The company financial performance 1 year before and 2 years after the company goes public. The DER and NPM ratio indicate that there is no significant difference. The CR, DAR, ROE, ROA, and TATO ratios indicate that there is no difference. Keywords: financial performance analysis, go public, financial ratio, manufacturing companies.
