JIRA PENERAPAN AUDIT MANAJEMEN ATAS GAJIH DAN UPAH PADA KARYAWAN PT. INTI DUTA LESTARI PLASINDO
The purpose of this research is to find out the important of the Implementation of Management Audit for salary and wage in order to measure and support the efficiency & effectiveness of the employee performance at PT. Inti Duta Lestari Plasindo Surabaya which included recruitment or selection, orientation and placement, process of salary and wage records, performance assessment and also termination of employment at PT Inti Duta Lestari Plasindo Surabaya by implemented the management audit over the salary and wage. The methodology of this research is using qualitative method with the data collection technique by field study. Field study is a technique to collect data directly from the resources, which observed, and recorded for the first time. Based on the result of the data analysis it can be concluded that the human resources function or HRD give their policy by observing their employee, it can be seen from the presence premium, off policy, rest and permission, a policy to give allowance for the employee. Even tough, in according to the salary and wage is still under UMR based on the Labor laws of Republik Indonesia No.13 in the year of 2003 article 91. The result of the analysis in this research, the researcher can give an opinion that the management audit that already run, can be continuously maintenance and improve in order to give the best goal in the future, so that able to reach the target which expected by PT Inti Duta Lestari Plasindo.
