JIRA ANALISIS SISTEM ADMINISTRASI PENJUALAN UNTUK PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PERUSAHAAN SECARA KOPREHENSIF PADA PT. BABA RAFI INDONESIA (KANTOR CABANG SURABAYA)
The sales administration system is a system which organizes the sales administration functions in appropriate with the prevailing regulations in the company, so this sales administration system can work effectively and efficient in order to achieve the company objectives. In running the sales administration system there must be a firm management policy in accordance with the working of company system, as well as the improvement of information qualities (accurate, punctual, obvious and credible) which are generated from accounting information system. Qualified information can assist the management to conduct analysis to make a decision comprehensively. The purpose of this research to find out how the role of sales administration system in assisting the management in conducting decision making comprehensively in associated with the existing problem. The result of the research which has been conducted by the researcher is found that the sales administration system which has been implementing by the company is still using semi computerized system (Microsoft excel) and they do not use on line server so the data is less informative, less quality and the presentation is not real time presentation. These will make the management difficult to perform analysis to the information which is generated by the system when the company will make a decision comprehensively.
