PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, GROWTH, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LIKUIDITAS DAN STRUKTUR ASET TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

The purpose of this research is to test both simultaneously and partially to the influence of profitability,
growth, company size, liquidity, and asset structure to the pharmaceuntical companies’ capital structure which
are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. By understanding some factors which influence the capital structure, it
can help the pharmaceuntical companies to determine the fulfilling of fund which should be done so the
company’s goals can be achieved. The samples are 6 pharmaceuntical companies which have been selected by
using purposive sampling from which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. The multiple
regressions analysis and classic assumption test have been performed by using SPSS 20.0 version statistic test
instrument. The result of the research shows that the research regression model has fulfilled the requirements
there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and correlation and the in used file is normally
distributed. The result of the research shows: (1) that profitability has no significant influence to the capital
structure, (2) the growth has no significant influence to the capital structure, (3) company’s size has significant
influence to the capital structure, (4) liquidity has no significant influence to the capital structure, and (5) assets
structure has no significant influence to the capital structure.
