PENERAPAN AUDIT MANAJEMEN FUNGSI SDM PADA PT. SARANA JATIM VENTERA
This research is meant to find out how the role audit management which consists of function: selection and
placement of workforce in assessing employees’ performance at PT Sarana Jatim Ventura is. The data collection
is carried out by performing observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher began his research at PT
Sarana Jatim Ventura which is located on Jl. Jemur Andayani 33 Surabaya, on Marcch30
2013. The research
object is the problem that is undergone and is seek for its solution by PT Sarana Jatim Ventura. The results of
discussion is that PT Sarana Jatim Venture has no complete written manual procedure which is correlated to the
human resources’s selection function and placement of workforce, so the implementation of human resources
selection process does not work properly and it creates competency mismatch between the available employees
and the competency that is required by the company. The implementation of workforce placement function at PT
Sarana Jatim Ventura has been running quite well yet some weaknesses have been found i.e.: the company has
placed the employees in the position that does not match with their skill and knowledge. This problem occurs
since the company does not have the written workforce placement procedure so the employees cannot work
maximally. In the implementation of human resources management of PT Sarana Jatim Ventura on selection
function and workforce placement has been running but it less efficient. These weaknesses have been mentioned
before.
