ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Investors who have done investment activity in capital market need all kinds of information which can be used as reference for them to predict the stock return. Financial statement is the information of financial statement which can be obtained from the company’s internal condition. The information of financial statement consists of some financial ratios such as liquidity ratio, activity ratio, market ratio, profitability ratio, and leverage ratio. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to the stock return. This research is conducted in the manufacturing companies which are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2012 by using 30 companies as samples which are in accordance with the criteria. The multiple linear regressions analysis is used as the analysis technique in this research in order to get the whole description about the relation between one variable and other variables. The result of the research shows that the empirical model in this research is stable whereas the CR, ROA, DER, NPM, and EPS variables partially have positive but not significant influence to the stock return.
