PENGARUH NILAI PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS DAN RISIKO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to examine the influence of firm value, profitability and financial risk to the stock price. The data is the secondary data i.e. the financial statements ofautomotive companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples are 10 automotive companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 periodswhich have beenselected by using purposive sampling method. The analysis method of has been done by using multiple linear regression analysisand the SPSS 20th version. The independent variable in this research is firm value (price book value), profitability (net profit margin) and financial risk (leverage) whereas the dependent variable in this research is stock price. The result of the research shows that three variables: firm value and profitability has an influenceto the stock price.Meanwhile, financial risk is the variable which does not any significant influenceto the stock price. Thet test of firm value (PBV) has positive influenceto the stock price because itssignificance is 0.005 (<0.050). The t test of profitability has an influenceto the stock price because its significant is 0.048 (< 0.050). The t test of financial risk (leverage) has negative influenceto the stock price because its significant is 0.828 (<0.050).
