FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

ABSTRACT

Capital structure is an important issue for the company because the fluctuation capital structure will have direct effect to the financial condition of the company. This research is aimed to find out the influence of firm size, profitability, business risk and asset structure to the capital structure of automotive companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 periods. The samples are 6 automotive companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 periods, which has been selected by using purposive sampling method. This data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions test. The hypothesis test has been carried out by using f test and t test.This result of the research shows: (1) firm size does not give significant influence to the capital structure, (2) profitability give significant and negative influence to the capital structure, (3) business risks does not give any significant influence to the capital structure, (4) assets structure give significant and negative influence to the capital structure.
