PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES

ABSTRACT

Firm value is the perception of investors to the company assets which are often associated with stock prices. High stock prices indicate highfirm value. This researchis aimed to determine whether the company capital structure and size give influence to the firm value of food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is 15 food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples have been determined by using purposive sampling and 10 food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011 to 2015 periods have been selected as samples. The data analysishas been done by using multiple linear regression, F test has obtained significant level of 0.000 so that the regression models in this researchare feasible to be studied. It has been obtained from the result of partial t-test that capital structure and firm size give significantinfluenceto the firm value.
