PENGARUH LEVERAGE, LIKUIDITAS DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

This research aims to determine the leverage that proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio, the liquidity proxied by the Current Ratio, and profitability proxied with Return On Assets against the company value that measured using Price to Book Value. The population in this research is a transport company which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2012-2016 period and based on predetermined criteria, the samples are 6 companies from 35 transportation companies. The analysis method that been used is multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS application tool. The results showed that leverage, liquidity, and profitability have a positive and significant influence on the company value. The result of feasibility test (Test F) is obtained significant so it can be concluded that the regression model is said feasible. RSquare value of 0,556. This shows that the contribution of leverage, liquidity, and profitability to the company value is 55.6%, while the remaining 44.4% (100% - 55.6%) are other factors not included in the model.
