This research aims to determine the prediction of bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score model on telecommunication services companies which is listed in the IDX at the period 2012-2015. The population of this research is the financial statements of telecommunication services companies which is listed in the BEI five years from 2012-2016. The sample in this research is 4 companies by using purposive sampling. The analytical technique used is the Altman Z-Score model with the Z-Score> 2.60 criterion criteria categorized as a healthy company, 1,1 Keywords : Altman Z-Score and telecommunication company
