PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN LQ 45

This research aimed to examine the effect of Good Corporate Govemance which referred to managerial and
institutional ownership, audit committe, indepndent commisoner, and company performance proxied with
Return on Asset, Return on Equity and the company value based on yearly report and financial report of LQ
45companies.The population of this research used purposive sampling at all company stated in Indonesia Stock
Exchange. The samples were companies of LQ 45 stated in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The total of
research sample were 15 LQ 45 companies. In addition, the analysis method of this research used multiple
regression analysis technique.Based on the research result, the managerial ovmership had an effect on the
company value. On the other hand, institutional ownership did not affect the company value. The audit
committee did not affect the company value. Futhermore, the independent commisioner did not affect on the
company value. While, the Return on Asset had an effect on the company value. Moreover, the Return on Equity
had an effect on the company value.
