PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL SANTIKAPANDEGILINGSURABAYA
This research aimed to understand the incentive that has influenced to the employee performance,
work motivation to the employee performance and works environment to the employee
performance of Santika Hotel Surabaya.The population that been used in this research was the
employee who had work for 3 years at Santika Hotel Surabaya with sampling technique was
saturated sampling which the total sample equal with total population as many as 40 peoples.
Analysis technique that been used are multiple regression analysis with using SPSS 21
application (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The test result partially showed that
incentive has positive influence and not significant to the employee performance, working
motivation has positive influence and significant to the employee performance; and working
environment has positive influence and significant to the employee performance of Santika Hotel
Surabaya. So resume that two (2) variables are motivation and work climate have significant effect
to employee performance and intensif have not significant emplyee performance to Santika Hotel
Pandegiling Surabaya.
