PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

This research has been conducted at companies which are incorporated in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2016 periods. This research is aimed to find out the influence of return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), managerial ownership (KM), institutional ownership (KI), independent commissioner (KomIn), and audit committee (KA) to the firm value of manufacturing companies in the form of company annual report which are incorporated in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection method has been done by using purposive sampling. The analysis method has been carried out by using multiple regressions analysis to the company annual report and company performance summary through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in accordance with the data which is required for the research. The result of the research shows that return on asset (ROA) gives significant influence to the firm value, return on equity (ROE) gives significant influence to the firm value, managerial ownership (KM) gives insignificant influence to the firm value, institutional ownership (KI) gives insignificant influence to the firm value, independent commissioner (KomIn) gives significant influence to the firm value, and audit committee (KA) gives significant influence to the firm value.
