PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, FCF, IOS, DAN KEPEMILIKAN ULTIMAT TERHADAP DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, free cash flow, investment opportunity set and ultimate ownership of dividend payout ratio on financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative, with the population used are all financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 17 financial service companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a 5-year period, from 2011 to 2015. Data analysis techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results of the model feasibility test shows that the regression model produced is good and can be used for further analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that the variables of profitability, free cash flow and investment opportunity set have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio of financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while ultimate ownership variables have a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio in service companies finance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
