PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS , UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PERUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN PLASTIK DAN KEMASAN

The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the influence of liquidity, firm size and growth to the profitability which is proxy by return on asset at plastic and packaging companieswhich are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
This research is a quantitative research and the population is 12 plastic and packaging companies which arelisted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016 periods. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method,so 5 plastic and packaging companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 years i.e. 2011-2016 periods have been selected as samples. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple regressions analysis and the 20th SPSS software.
Based on the result of hypothesis test, it shows that liquidity gives positive and significant influence to the profitability. Firm size gives positive and significant influenceto the profitability. Sales growth gives positive and insignificant influence to the profitability due to sales growth is accompaniedby cost enhancement and large asset additionwhich give influenceto the failureof expected profitability improvement to be achieved.
