PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, EARNING PER SHARE DAN KEPEMILIKAN INTITUSIONAL TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFATAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Stock is one of the instruments that can support the development of capital market in Indonesia. Invesment is indeed the current delay of consumption in order to get a return rate in the future. For a company, the increasing stock price becomes a main priority of company to attract investors. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of return on asset, earning per share, and institusional ownership on the stock price.
Population of this research were food and beverages companies as listed in Indonesia Stock Exchage. The samples were 15 companies that were collected using purposive sampling. Then, this research obtained 11 companies in the period of 2013-2016. Moreover, this research analyzed the effect of variabels, so this used multiple linier regressions, F test, and t test.
The result of this research using F test showed that return on asset, earning per share, and institusional ownership gave positive and significant effects on the stock price.
