PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

This research aimed to analyze and examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on the firm value. Good Corporate Governance was measured by institutional ownership, independent commissionaire board, and audit committee. While the capital structure was measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio.
The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 20 Food and Beverage companies as the sample. Moreover, the data were taken for 3 years (2020-2022). In total, there were 60 data samples collected. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 version.
The result indicated that institutional ownership, audit committee, and Debt to Equity Ratio did not affect firm value. On the other hand, the independent commissionaire board affected firm value.
