PERAN SUPERVISI PENGAWAS SEBAGAI PEMODERASI DALAM MEMENGARUHI PROFESIONALISME DAN KREATIVITAS TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI KOTA PEKANBARU
This research is entitled "THE ROLE OF SUPERVISION AS A MODERATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CREATIVITY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PEKANBARU CITY STATE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS". The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the role of supervisory supervision in moderating professionalism and creativity in improving teacher performance. It is hoped that the research can become an additional reference that enriches management science literature, especially related to human capital theory in relation to professionalism, creativity, supervisory supervision and teacher performance. In addition, the findings of this research are expected to provide practical benefits in evaluating the performance of State High School teachers in Pekanbaru City. .
The research method uses quantitative methods. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis tools with SMARTPLS 3.0 software, the population is 718 public high school teachers in Pekanbaru City, a sample of 144 teachers. The research results show that: first, professionalism has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, second, creativity has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, third, supervisory supervision moderates the influence of professionalism on teacher performance, fourth, supervisory supervision moderates the influence of creativity on teacher performance. Testing the nature of moderation found supervisory supervision to be a quasi moderator.
