ANALISIS PENETAPAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN AIR MINERAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SWOT PADA PT. ERINDO MANDIRI SURABAYA
"This research aims to find out the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats of PT Erindo Mandiri and also to find out
how the application of SWOT analysis as a tool for the determination
of PT Erindo Mandiri marketing strategy.
Based on the known total score value IFE internal variable to
the power of 1.96 whereas the weakness of 1.16 total score can be
known of the difference lies in the power of 0.80, this show even
though the company has weaknesses, but these weaknesses can be
minimized with the strength of owned PT Erindo Mandiri.
As for the value of the EFE are known to total score variable
for external opportunities and threats of 1.75 1.52 this shows despite
the threat of heavy enough but there are still opportunities for
increase sales and target specified by existing, proven difference lies
in the opportunities that owned PT Erindo Mandiri Surabaya of 0.23.
